Mac: The Ultimate Music App Bundle puts together eight great music apps for OS X, originally worth $355, for just $39. It also has a couple of our favorite utilities in it.
The Ultimate Music App Bundle certainly isn't going to appeal to everyone, but if you've been interested in cleaning up your music library, or just making some music, this bundle has a good selection of both. Here's what you get:
- TuneUp: TuneUp is one of the simplest ways to clean up your iTunes library. It fixes bad metadata, removes duplicates, fills in album artwork, and more.
- MegaSeg DJ: A DJ mixer that pretty much anyone can use.
- The T-Pain Engine: A drum machine and vocoder all in one.
- Tracks: Adds the ability to play, browser, and quickly access your iTunes library right from the menubar.
- Flip4Mac Studio: Plays and converts Windows Media files.
- Boom for Mac: Boosts the volume of quiet MacBook speakers (it's also on sale this week for $3.99 on its own).
- Ondesoft Audio Recorder: A simple audio recorder that records from microphones, CD players, line-in devices, or from other applications.
- SOS Online Backup: You get a years worth of access to the automatic backup plan.
The bundle's certainly a mixed bag targeted at both music listeners and makers alike, but considering TuneUp is $49.95 on its own, that more than pays for the bundle if you're looking to clean up your iTunes library.
